Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

If a reservation is canceled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date, then a full refund will be issued, minus the transaction fees collected by our payment processors. For reservations canceled less than 14 days, but more than 6 days before the arrival date, a 50% refund will be issued (minus payment processing fees). If a reservation is canceled less than 7 days before arrival, then the full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited to Sequoia Mountain Farms.

• 14 days or more = 100% refund
• 7-13 days = 50% refund
• 6 days or less = 0% refund

An alternative to cancellation and refund is the option of Camp Credit. 14 days or more prior to the arrival date of a reservation, one can elect to have 100% of the reservation payment (minus payment processing fees) held in Camp Credit for the use of payment towards a future reservation. Less than 14 days, but more than 6 days, before the arrival date of a reservation, one can elect to forfeit 50% of the reservation payment and have the other 50% (minus payment processing fees) held in Camp Credit for the use of payment towards a future reservation. Camp Credit is not available if an arrival date for a reservation is less than 7 days in the future.

Camp Credit can only be redeemed in the same calendar year as the cancelled reservation and can only be applied toward site rental.

For reservations paid with a credit card, refunds will be credited to the credit card on file with respect to reservation.
