Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified 5 days prior to reservation’s arrival time, unused camp nights will be eligible for a partial refund as follows:

Refunds can only be processed 150 days (approximately 5 months) from the date of the original transaction. Cancellations made after 150 days from booking are not eligible for a refund.

Minimum Refund amount is $15. Refunds calculated for less than $15 will not be processed

Cancellations with less than 5-day notice of unused nights will not be refunded.

Unused nights will be refunded less 25% cancellation charge and a flat $10 cancellation fee, as long as notice is given 5 days prior to scheduled arrival time.

Reservations that are cancelled within 24 hours of the day they are created will only be assessed the $10.00 cancellation  fee

Modifications to reservations that increase or do not affect the length of stay, will not be charged a modification fee.
