Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Campers may cancel or modify their reservations up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled arrival time (by 4:00 PM) through the confirmation email or the Campspot guest portal.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival are eligible for a refund, minus $5 cancellation fee.

Please note that once a reservation is confirmed, there are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or weather-related issues.

Campers must utilize the confirmation email or the Campspot guest portal to manage their reservations.
