Refund Policy

Campers must utilize the confirmation email or Campspot portal to receive a refund within the 24 hour cancellation period.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival are eligible for a refund, minus $5 cancellation fee.

There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or weather-related issues.
