We were on a trip across the country from Ohio to Oregon. We stayed on our way out and thoroughly enjoyed the tent space # 1. It is so peaceful and well maintained. The Ice Cream was amazing as well. We will plan to make this place a stop every chance we get. Very kind, helpful, well stocked camp store and property/shower houses/bathrooms were immaculate.

Our experience at Skillet Creek has been great both times we’ve camped there. The swimming pond is amazing and they have all sorts of activities for the kids to do. The camp staff is very friendly and the Canteen is a great when you don’t want to cook or just need a quick snack or drink.

This campground is excellent in every way! Quiet. Large sites. Lots of amenities. Friendly folks. Family oriented. Close to lots of natural and man-made sites worth seeing. Had a great, peaceful time. We will be back!

My family and I had the best time! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the food was amazing, the pond was so fun for the kids, everything was so much fun!!! We are already looking to book another trip this summer.

Such a great family oriented campground! We stayed in one of the small cabins and my family loved it! Just the right amount of space with 1 bedroom and 2 lofts. The swimming areas was so fun for the kids. It’s really close to Devils lake and not a far drive to WI dells. We are definitely planning to return!

We cannot say enough about this campground. #1 Staff: Every single employee was an absolute joy. #2 The grounds and facilities: Top notch all around. From the sites themselves to the facilities, the swimming and fishing pond and the fenced in dog park..all amazing. Everything about the area is comfortable, quiet and enjoyable. #3 The general organization and management of the campground is very obviously done with passion. #4 We will definitely be back and highly recommend!
