Clean campground. New site was excellent. Loved the swimming area. A lot of planned activities. Canteen was great. Camp store was well stocked. Will definitely return.

This was our first time and we will be back!

We had 6 couples camping this past weekend and we were in sites that were not too far from each other. The campground was fairly quiet and they do not allow golf carts, which we enjoyed not having those buzzing around. We all got together to watch the Brewers play the Cubs in the winner take all game 5 on an outdoor TV. The win made the weekend that much better...and the Packers win on Sunday too. We will definitely return.

We really really enjoyed our stay! The campground was laid out very nicely. We loved having a full hook up and the sites were not to scrunch together at all. We felt like we had enough space. Proximity to Devils Lake was awesome. Highly recommend this campground!

They make you feel so welcomed! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough.

Super friendly staff, clean, and quite campground!

Seriously had a wonderful time here! The sites were grassy & well mowed & very large. The campground had great food & the swimming pond was super clean! They also had lots of activities. 5 minute drive to devils lake!

We tried visiting the office after noon on a weekday, but it was closed. We realize it was off-season, so I'm sure that was the reason it was closed. Also, it's perplexing that there are so many cell-booster poles throughout the campground, yet our reception was pretty spotty, and when it worked, it dropped the signal quite often. On the plus side, it is a beautiful and well-maintained campground, and the staff was friendly. There are only the main dumpsters by the office for garbage and recycling, with no trash cans elsewhere that we spotted. Not a big deal as we walk our dog often and just took that route if we had trash to dump. There are many activities in-season for families with children and the CG is adjacent to Devil's Lake State Park. Location is ideal for dining out and shopping; it's maybe 5 minutes from downtown Baraboo. We may return one day when we have obtained our own solution to having internet access. I should note that we are both retired and have a very anxious pup that we cannot leave alone, so at this stage, we rely on internet distractions. One can only read and play board games for so long ;-)

We absolutely loved our stay at Skillet Creek . The outstanding customer service was so inviting and appreciated. Especially April at the store. So friendly and helpful. The canteen had such great options. Clean facilities. We will be coming back.

Cause it's an awesome place to camp

Well cared for campgrounds, friendly staff, seasonal campers were exceptional, wine walk was so much fun, locals were very helpful suggesting things to do in the area. My grandkids loved the swimming pond, games and glow parade. I really appreciated the Sunday morning “Grace” service. We will definitely be back again.

You have the most beautiful camping I’ve ever seen. Super nice and clean. Amazing activity for kids, including the animal show and light show.I’m very that I found such an wonderful place and peaceful place. See you next year 🥰
