I enjoyed the campground and it was close to my work place for the weekend. The check in process was easy and the staff communicated well. The only problem/suggestion is property upkeep. The road leading into the campground and around the campground along with the camping spot has large amounts of mud and large pot holes. Putting down a layer of gravel would have helped. Understand, it rained for several days prior but having gravel down would cut down on all the mud at the campsite.

The owners are super nice and want to be helpful..it's a new campground, so it is very sparse..basically just a field right now..hopefully, they will have the resources to plant trees, etc. The sites are just a little too close and there is a train that runs right behind them- just so you know if you have little kids trying to sleep. The river is right behind the sites which is nice; you can tell they really care and want this to be a nice place.
