Great owners and customers service. Very quiet at the beginning of the week. Towards the end it got very busy and over crowded. I think that some of the RVs were way to big for the space provided. The site allows one car per site many had two, which causes very tight space. Multiple RVs/ campers had very loud engines and made it tough for the tent sites.

Friendly, clean, affordable, full amenities. Will go again.

Even though we rolled in after the office was closed. We were contacted and told our cabin was ready and the key was inside on the table. We were not disturbed by anyone as we enjoyed our weekend there. The cabin was just as described and the sounds from the creek below were so soothing! I would not recommend getting the sensible weather rain guarantee as it rained all day Saturday 10/10/26 but the program would not pay saying there was not enough rain. Although it rained, hard at times, the app only showed rain at all for two hours mid day. Even after I disputed it, the denied the claim. Luckily the porch was dry and even though we were pinned down all day due to rain, the sound of the rain on the tin roof and the sound of the creek made it heaven. Thanks for renting to us and we want to come back to the same place again next year! We rate this a 10 out of 10

This is literally the best campground we have ever been to and I am not just saying that! The staff was sincerely friendly and helpful. The entire campground was clean and functional. We had 2 incidents while we were there with other campers but that was not the campgrounds fault. One couple thought we were set up on their lot when they were the ones set up on ours slightly and then one couple had a disobedient child that kept trying to pet our dog that we told him not to multiple times, so we had to get stern with him and the parents were not happy with us. But other than those two minor incidents the campground couldn't have been more perfect for us. I do have one suggestion for the campground though...Could you please consider having kennels at your campground that we could rent so we could go tubing down the river? That was the only regret. We didn't want to leave our two dogs with strangers but would have happily paid to rent a kennel for a few hours so we could float down the river. Just a suggestion. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay with you!

Everything thing was as advertised. Very helpful staff. Beautiful views even on Mountain View side of Campground side.

Friendly staff. I needed an RV site with power and water hook ups that was close to the GSMNP. It fit those needs. I was able to empty my septic on site. Good. The shower house was dirty, and there was no hot water. I talked to the staff and they offered me a shower at their hotel. Could not work out a common time. They must make their shower and toilet house better.

Campsites are little chaotic and close together at first but I’m also new at this and what may seem chaotic to me maybe awesome to you. I didn’t have power also most 2 out 3 nights due to weather but besides that it’s a great place and worth being right next to the Smoky Mountains National Park. The campsite general store was such a save!

We love the location and amenities, but disappointed in our spot and the set up. We were supposed to have a premium double spot, 22A&B. We parked at 22a because some was at 22b. Our door was on the wrong side for our spot and our picnic table was right next to our sewer line. If someone pays for 22a&b they should park at 22b so your door opens to your site and they don’t have to walk all the way around their rv. I know you’re trying to figure things out and accommodate visitors. Just thought I would let you know. I spoke to a young lady when checked out today.

Campground was quiet, peaceful, and the best part is definitely the location on Deep Creek directly at the national park entrance. You can rent tubes here, shop at the general store, and there is a small grill style restaurant on site / next door. They also had some live music & karaoke on the weekend nights we stayed. Reasons for not being 5 star: only 1 bath house with showers and 1 of 2 showers appeared permanently out of order. The sites are also extremely basic and very snug. We stayed in the "deluxe" double RV site on the creek. It was fine for two families to tent camp, but it was honestly about the average size of a single RV space at most campgrounds. (We owned an RV for many years and travelled extensively).

The staff at this campground were very friendly. The location of this campground is fantastic and close to the water and the smoky mountain entrance. It has a little store and tube rentals. However, the sites are very close together. The bathrooms could use an update and the showers are either freezing cold or scolding.

Everything was awesome. Everyone was friendly and helpful with anything we needed.

the meeting for the timeshare vacation was of 7 hours and tha employees said to many lies

While the campground is ok, it’s a gravel lot for most tent spots, the showers could use some refreshing, and same with the electrical outlets as the one at our spot was loaded with ants. Also some of the permanent RVs should probably go away or be forced to clean up their areas as it brings down the vibe of the area.

Very peaceful, I thought the restrooms to be very acceptable also.

Loved being next to the creek and on the opposite end view, seeing horses graze. Very quiet though it helped that there were only a handful of other guests.
