I notified the manager there was poop on our space, an electrical unit in the ground with several wires coming out, the pool and spa were not heated like the website said they would be. Initially upon booking the reservation, I could not get a hold of anyone. The manager ended up texting me, but I never spoke to anyone and there was nobody in the office onsite

Let me explain while I’m only giving two stars. First of all everything was done online payment check in everything. On the website I was supposed to have access to a pool a rec room and bathrooms. I did assume that the bathrooms had showers and that was not true and that is on me. So when I showed up to the park to check in with my motorhome, there was nobody there we went to our spot in our spot was very clean and very nice with the exception of a pile of a few days worth of cat poop in the rocks, right where we parked. The next morning I went to the office nobody there. I called the office. No answer left a message no reply. Could not access the pool could not access the rec room could not access the bathrooms. They take a key card that has to be given to you by the office. And as time went on, I still had no luck at the office. No access to the pool no access to the rec room, no access to the restrooms and had a cat pooping behind our motorhome every day we decided to cut our time short and leave because it is not what we expected not what we were told and Very unprofessional. Called the office actually got a hold of somebody. They said the manager would call me back the next day and we are now going on 10 days and still not heard back from them and they will not take my calls. I would not stay there again, but I will say it was clean just very unprofessional.
