I notified the manager there was poop on our space, an electrical unit in the ground with several wires coming out, the pool and spa were not heated like the website said they would be. Initially upon booking the reservation, I could not get a hold of anyone. The manager ended up texting me, but I never spoke to anyone and there was nobody in the office onsite

Let me explain while I’m only giving two stars. First of all everything was done online payment check in everything. On the website I was supposed to have access to a pool a rec room and bathrooms. I did assume that the bathrooms had showers and that was not true and that is on me. So when I showed up to the park to check in with my motorhome, there was nobody there we went to our spot in our spot was very clean and very nice with the exception of a pile of a few days worth of cat poop in the rocks, right where we parked. The next morning I went to the office nobody there. I called the office. No answer left a message no reply. Could not access the pool could not access the rec room could not access the bathrooms. They take a key card that has to be given to you by the office. And as time went on, I still had no luck at the office. No access to the pool no access to the rec room, no access to the restrooms and had a cat pooping behind our motorhome every day we decided to cut our time short and leave because it is not what we expected not what we were told and Very unprofessional. Called the office actually got a hold of somebody. They said the manager would call me back the next day and we are now going on 10 days and still not heard back from them and they will not take my calls. I would not stay there again, but I will say it was clean just very unprofessional.

The area is well kept.

While the site itself was easy to access and the park was clean, this is primarily a mobile home park with a few RV sites. Other than a confirmation email with a tentative site number, we received no other communication from them, and there was no one onsite to assist us due to our weekend arrival. There was quite a bit of road noise due to it being close to a highway. The restrooms were in need of cleaning and had no toilet paper. While it worked for us due to its convenient location, I would look elsewhere in the future for a longer stay.

Several Dogs running around OFF leach. A huge Rottweiler dog came into our space and freaked me out. I’m on crutches and couldn't get away. I started screaming at the dog’s to GO HOME. The owner finally came and got him. The park is great and we made another reservation.

What a nice place great area immaculate sites,reasonable prices, charming office staf

Nice new infrastructures. Very good quality. Grill refrigerator and counter. Thank you for let us using this site 157. Good gym, nice overall maintenance. On the other side. Men's shower not repaired after a week. Water of the pool not at a very good standard. Filter system seem to be not strong anough. A lot of dog are barking not stop for long periods. Overall we appreciated very much our stay at Solara Sands RV. Very nice administration personal. Thank you very much☺️😉

When we arrived our reserved space was occupied. After calling emergency number on door we were told to take any open spot. The mext morning we arranged to stay another day with the brand new manager. Later that day the showers and bathrooms were locked down and still are 4 days later mow tjat we are leaving. The spa near pool was very dirty and cold and the pool water the same. We were given a fob to use the exercise room that did not work. Then on Last night we had someone yelling and screaming at us that we had their spot as it seems Solara double booked. A complete mightmare.

we had been trying to get a holed of this solara sands , for a week we needed to change the date, no one every contacted us back, this is a bogus company , beware they will never respond......

The water in the showers was tepid at best. Our reserved spot was taken, but were able to move to an empty spot. All of the advertised amenities seemed to only be available to the long term residents and were given key cards. We tried several times to contact an agent but got no response.

The park was clean and the rv sites were super clean and nice. Patios at each site. There was nowhere that posted check in and check out times are. Only complaint was that we came in on a Sunday about 3:00 and someone was in our spot. Office closed on Saturday and Sunday. We tried 2 different phone numbers and left voicemail at each one. No response. So we pulled in to an empty spot. Monday morning I talked to the girl in the office and she was very nice and said we could stay in that spot. Quiet park with easy access to 101.
