Nice park. Looks very cool with the trees and bushes. Pool was a bit cool but refreshing.

What a change from last year. Grass and landscaping looking good. Pool in and everything clean and organized. Can’t wait to return next year.

Extremely tight spots, hard to get in. Other than that everything was great.

Great stay at Southern Breeze! Paul and Penny were extremely hospitable! As we were arriving, they were inviting us to a Super Bowl party at the clubhouse. The grounds and clubhouse/fitness center were immaculate! Will definitely be back!!

The camp is just perfect. So clean and well maintained. I did the reservation online during the day and arrived late. And still, everybody helped me to get to the slot and we had a pretty good night.

While this is redeveloping park, what’s been accomplished so far is great. The pool is warm and the laundry is new. The sites are fairly roomy (especially for a Florida RV park!) and the landscaping is nice now—and it will be stunning when it matures. The place is quiet and near stores and beaches. Easy access to the bike path too. The driveways and turning points with your rig are a bit tight, but that’s what gives you more space on your site. FYI: the postal delivery didn’t bring our package to the office drop-box and we had to go to USPS transfer site to pick it up. Meh. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!
