It was quiet sleeping at night and not a lot of tree coverage so the night sky was beautiful

I was informed the morning we were scheduled to arrive that our dog was too large (45 lbs). The front page of their web site states they are pet friendly. Buried in the policies is a pet weight limit of 25 lbs. The lady I spoke to said they would refund my money. I am still waiting to see if they do. The lady also mentioned they had to ask another guest to leave the day before because their dog was too large. They need to make the weight limit more apparent.

Still recovering from Milton not all amenities available. Clean site. Close to area beaches Good stay will consider again.

B E W A R E ! There were no amenities, no pool, no showers, no bathrooms. Newly restored sites. It appears that it might have been destroyed by the hurricanes, and they are trying to restore this place. No mention of this at time of booking.

Quiet, nice place, nice people. Rebuilding from all the hurricane damage. We enjoyed our time at Southern Breeze. So close to Sanibel.

The land was not yet fully recovered after the hurricanes. Troubleshooting so impossible to give a real rating. Thanks to the hosts.
