This site was devastated by hurricanes and are rebuilding. Staff was very helpful. Only issues was the abundance of fire ants. Good luck in your rebuild!!!

It was great, everything I needed was available, laundry and clean facilities.

Good to see that Southern Breeze are part of the ongoing restoration in this area. The location is great, site building seems to be going well. Would definitely return for a future stay.

Is clear that the camping is I’m re construction process and they explained it before we check in. But they could keep the construction site noise , like cut metal bars, far from the RVs. I was not able to find the internet. The reception building and the bathroom is really good and well maintained.

The staff were very accommodating and professional. We highly recommend the resort. Rest room and the club house was very nice and clean.

Great showers and restroom. Only issue we had was locating camp spot numbers. Had to get out and walk each site to see the numbers. Level sites and well maintained, considering it was a new campground

The hurricane wiped them out. But it is coming together each day. Very friendly and felt very safe.

We did not stay. Website shows beautiful campground and it was wiped out by hurricanes and only building open was office and restrooms. We were not offered a refund when requested even though website had false advertising. Brenda lied and said only amenity not there was a pool.

Will be a good park when they finish construction. They advertise Wi-Fi and laundry but don’t have them. Lots are straight in from a narrow road. Some spaces have a small concrete pad to place your chairs, others only gravel. Workers do t pick up trash and the whole place needs debris picked up. Great location and will be really nice at some point in the future. PS: don’t extend your stay or you will have to move to another computer generated space.

On booking on the Campsot website it did that “renovations” were happening but would be complete by the beginning of February. On arrival we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom, no wifi, laundry facility was complete, but not hot water. Regardless we enjoyed our stay even though facilities were minimal.

We had a great time here! The facilities are still recovering from the hurricanes, but they’re doing a great job and things are coming along nicely. The location is excellent for Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Pine Island.

Beware, campground was decimated by hurricanes and has not been rebuilt. Website is a pie. We were told by Brenda during a few phone conversations initiated by her that the swimming pool was not done but everything else was open. We got there and the clubhouse was full of building materials, no laundry, no sign of pool construction although website said coming Oct 2025. What a scam. They have gravel poured for some RVs in far end of park, furthest away from the office. Asked for refund and Brenda said no as we arrived for our stay. If I can post pictures, I would.

Still recovering from the hurricane hits recently, but this facility is conveniently located neat Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Comfortable and quiet, it’s great if you are self contained regarding your bathroom & laundry and you don’t need anything other than full hookups.

Location is good but manager is rude. She was upset because we didn't call before making our reservation? I didn't know that was a requirement. Than almost turned us away but I told her in that case I needed a refund immediately than she found a spot. It was really frustrating after a long day of traveling to be met with such an unkind manager. We weren't the only one will issues with her. Everyone that checked in seems to get yelled at by her. We inquired about the next year and if they would be taking reservations. She told us it would be way too exclusive for us by than and we couldn't possibly book anything with them. Mine you we have a gorgeous Motorcoach while this woman lived in the corner of the park in a run down fifth wheel. Just a foul person.

It’s getting better everyday as renovations are happening!!!

The spot was nice. Cement patio, fairly level. I dont know of any amenities as i never found out. They are rebuilding after the hurricane. She must have called me 5 times starting a week prior to my visit trying to find out what time i was arriving. That was a little annoyung.
