Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Change and Refund Policy

• All changes to an existing reservation are subject to a minimum $25 change fee. These fees are non-refundable.
• Multiple changes will result in multiple change fees.
• All reservations cancellations over 30 days are subject to a $50 or one night  charge whichever is less
• All reservation cancellations from 11-30 days  will result in a  1-night non-refundable charge  
• Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival date are non-refundable for entire reservation.
• After check-in, no refunds will be given for an early departure, regardless of reason, no exceptions.

Late or No-Show Policy

• All reservation holders must notify the Spruce Grove Campground RV Park Office if a late arrival is expected, 250-345-6561
• All reservations that arrive after 2:00pm on arrival day is considered a late arrival.
• If a reservation holder does not arrive by 10:00am the following day of arrival date and a notice of late arrival was not provided the reservation will be considered a NO SHOW and the site will be released.
• Cancellation fee will apply to a no-show reservation.
