Cancellation Policy

Life happens—and we understand plans may change! Our cancellation policy adjusts the fee based on when you cancel:

• cancel 15 or more days before arrival for a full refund minus a 5% fee,
• cancel 8–14 days out for a full refund minus a 50% fee, and
• cancel within 7 days for a full refund minus a 75% fee.

After arrival, unused nights are non-refundable. To protect our guests, refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment. 

Need help changing plans? Call us as soon as possible.  Rescheduling may prevent fees.
