All RV Site cancellations are subject to a $20 minimum cancellation fee.
All cabin cancellations are subject to a $75 minimum cancellation fee.
If you make a reservation and have to reschedule rather than cancel,
you must use the reservation within the same year.
30 days or less: NO REFUND
31-60 days: 50% refund
61 days or more: 100% refund less minimum charge
If you do not arrive by your scheduled check-in date, you must notify our office in advance. If you do not, your site will be released at noon the day after the scheduled arrival with no refund.
Reservations for Memorial Day through Labor Day may not be shortened. You are responsible for payment for all dates and sites reserved.
No refund for early departure. Adverse weather conditions do not nullify the cancellation/refund policy unless the Park is forced to close.
