At Stars over Texas RV Park-Frio, we strive to provide a quality site for your Texas Hill Country adventures. We ensure your comfort and care through careful attention to detail and maintaining grounds and facilities that prioritize your safety and convenience. 

 

Please read our rules and policies below so you can enjoy your time at Stars over Texas RV Park-Frio. We look forward to welcoming you and your family soon!

 

  • Please do not go onto the neighbor’s property.

  • Speed limit is 5 miles per hour maximum.

  • There is a charge of $5.00 per person after two person and per extra vehicle (2 per site allowed if space enough.

  • Do not park or drive on the grass

  • No washing of vehicles

  • Please do not leave trash out overnight as it will attract animals.

  • Parents please do not allow children to roam in the park after dark. Helmets are required when riding bikes.

  • RV Sewer Hose is required on each hookup.

  • Quiet time is 10:00 pm-8:00 am. Please enjoy your site after 10:00 pm, as long as neighbors cannot hear you.

  • Loud Music or Noise that disturbs your neighbors, profanity, and of control public intoxication are prohibited and are reason for eviction from the park if not complied with management after the first warning. 

  • We are not responsible for accidents or for the safety of your belongings.

  • We reserve the right to refuse admittance to our Park, expressly for damaged RV’s or what the park considers to be in unacceptable condition. We reserve the right to expel those not conforming to the rules of safety and good conduct.

Pet Rules

  1. All pets must be controlled on an 8 foot or shorter leash at all times while outside. Pets cannot be turned loose, tied outside unattended, or in a pen or kennel.

  2. Walk pets in your yard or “Common Areas” only. Do not allow them to walk into any other yards. Keep them on the road until you get to the “Common Areas”.

  3. Pet owners are responsible for the immediate cleanup of pet poop.

  4. We know dogs bark and can’t be quiet all the time, but if they cannot stop barking take them inside.

  5. No animal that is aggressive to people or other animals will not be tolerated.

  6. Pets are not allowed in Showers or Restrooms. Do not wash pets on property.

  7. Please do not use SOT Laundry Room for ANY of your Pets Items.  A $100 Fine Charged. 

FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES CAN RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION FROM SOT RV Park.....
