COVID-19 / Illness Policy

While COVID-19 is no longer subject to separate travel restrictions, we remain committed to providing a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.

If you or anyone in your party is experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, we ask that you postpone your visit.

All cancellations, reservation changes, and early departures due to illness—including COVID-19, influenza, RSV, or any other communicable disease—are subject to our published Cancellation and Refund Policy. We are unable to make exceptions outside of those policies.
