Refund Policy

Reservation Refund Policy: 

Camping is an outdoor experience. Refunds will not be issued due to weather or a change of plans.

We do not provide refunds or prorated refunds for early departures due to weather, illness, work schedules, changes in travel plans, personal circumstances, sand, trees, insects, wildlife, the normal discomforts of nature, neighboring guests, or any other reason.

The Resort cannot make exceptions to its Refund and/or Cancellation Policy due to weather, wildfire, smoke, road closures, fire restrictions, power outages, utility interruptions, government actions, or any other circumstance beyond the Resort's control.

All refunds are governed solely by the Resort's Cancellation Policy. Eligibility for a refund is determined exclusively by that policy, regardless of the reason for cancellation, delayed arrival, or early departure.
