Very clean and all services available. Great situation and location. Lights out at 10 allowed me to appreciate the starry sky

The spots are very hard to get in and out. They’re trying to squeeze in as many as they can. I wouldn’t go back there.

We had a beautiful 3 night stay at Sun Outdoors SugarLoaf park. This is a very pet friendly park with a nice little dog park and lots of 💩 stations with bags as you walk along the park. The heated pool and bath house is very clean and welcoming for use. There’s a large pavilion with a food/drink truck and a tv. We watched some football and chatted with other guests. Beautiful communal fire pit for use too. Staff on hand to help day and night. General store with ice and souvenirs.

Facilities were new and clean. Staff super nice and always helpful. Nice clean pool, a little pavilion with a food truck, beer and TVs.

Everything was great just had a small issue with having no water pressure due to a broken pipe at the facility but other then that top notch

The place is brand new!

Because A. The resort wasn’t even close to what was advertised on your website. B. Nothing was finished - no laundry; no snack bar; no cocktails bar. We were told we had to use the facilities at the KOA a half mile away!!

Camp was just renovated. Kayaks, paddleboards, corn hole sets and pool were available. Shout out to Andy, the best employee ever.

Fantastic resort like feel, brand new and clean. Staff is amazing, keeps checking the grounds. I saw a guy kicking back to place gravel pieces that “escaped” their spots on our site:) We were allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated. Paddle boards are free to use, there are hammocks, cabanas (and floating cabanas) and a pool. RV spots are thoughtfully designed, with gravel and concrete spots, few palm trees at the front and back, some shrubbery on the sides will eventually provide a barrier/privacy from the neighbors. FYI: there is a bus to Key West very close to the site. Snack / drink bar was not open when we were there; there is a small convenience store short drive away but nothing else in the area with groceries or drinks. Generally comparable but less expensive than their KOA neighbor. We would stay there again for sure.

The park has been beautifully renovated. Our site (56) was huge! The park was clean and the attendants were so helpful. Only 20-30 minutes to Key West. We would definitely stay again.

The campground was clean and always neat. Bill and Matt couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The manager (not sure of his name) was also great. My only complaint would be the size of the sites. Ours was very very tight. We couldn’t even use the lounge chairs and only 2 of the table chairs because there just wasn’t enough space. We had to weave throttle palm trees each time we went anywhere. However, we really liked the campground. The pool was great.

Everything was great, location, cleanliness, amenities and Staff. I will return here again.
