Beautiful spot, places to walk, convenient to Route 1 but far enough away to not know that it was there. Super helpful and friendly staff. Other guests super friendly too. We'd go back in a heartbeat! And hope to next year!

It was a nice campground and looked new. Nice staff and manager. Lot was good. The only downside, and a big one, was the steep price. If it was on the beach, perhaps the price was OK, but it was just on their small lake.

Great new RV Resort in Sugarloaf Key! Very relaxing, laid back vibes! Would have given it a 5 if the well advertised Tiki Bar was operational during our stay. Still working on getting that up & running!

I'm sure this campground will be beautiful in the future, but as of this review, they did not have any food/drink outlet (still waiting for a license) or cable. The campground itself is very nice and the proximity to Key West is great. Helpful staff as well!
