I will never stay there again. I picked a site in the middle of the camp ground that what I thought I was paying 800 dollars for. It turns out I was paying 800 for 3 days right next to route 1. If you have a website and it allows you to pick a site I would expect to be on that site. I don’t know why my reservation was moved.

Nice spot in Wells, ME. Decent amenities, however for the price of the site it was way too small and people were packed in so tight there was no way to get any privacy at all. Lovely people working the campground as well, however there is no need to be on top of folks from the moment they pull into their spot to move vehicles out of the way while attempting to unload. There was plenty of space for others to pull through and time for all maneuvering to be completed without rushing. Camp weekends are for RELAXING.

There is so much to do here and the staff was excellent! Very friendly people, walking distance to lots of good food. Very clean park. Definitely on our favorite list.

Felt like a parking lot for a deluxe site. Our site was pretty much long weeds instead of grass. Offered Good Sam discount online but nowhere to enter it and couldn't be applied if paid in full already. Unkept mini-golf was a bit pricey. WiFi was spotty at best. To to top it off, the pool was closed for the day we planned for the "pool day" which I get happens but was fitting based on our disappointing experience. It also would be nice if they offered a shuttle/golfcart to the beach. The Comfort station was clean which was nice

Thus RV campground was meticulously maintained and groomed, and we were very impressed. Premium spaces had artificial carpet patios, trees, and backed up to woods for privacy. There is even a very cute mini-golf course on site, with waterfalls and brooks, very compact yet challenging and very attractive. Location of this park is ideal, just minutes from Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. Showers were clean, modern. One of the very nicest parks we have been in!

Very clean bathrooms. Close to the sea. Calm, even if the road is close by (we could not hear the noise when right behind the bathrooms). The first spots did not have much shade thou (no trees).

On the Campspot it showed as a 50 amp. Although the office was very accommodating the site should be corrected. Workers were super nice. Sites a too close together and the fire pit is very dangerous with cars being parked too close. Again the staff is super nice and great.

Clean facilities and friendly staff. The sites are not very private, but most have shade from large trees. We would stay there again.
