The host was amazing! He was seen cleaning the park up constantly. He walked around and offered ice and wood. He informed campers on upcoming events. He did an asking job! The place was clean.

This place was clean, and quiet. They had many trails that are very well maintained, some were paved for bikes or handicap accessible, which was great. The only negative was the hard water that definitely also had an odor, but that's a personal problem unless it caused a problem with my campers plumbing, which I doubt as I wasn't there for more than 4 days.

This is a hidden GEM of a campground. The site was accommodating and the hosts were wonderful! The facilities are pretty clean and have good hot water for showers. We will be back!

broken glass on ground in site. rustic sites now so narrow when you put the camper in, open the slide out and extend your awning there is less than 3' to the next site.

This is my favorite campground, but things were going down hill with the park managers that have been in place after Greg. We were considering finding a different campground after camping at Sunken Lake for years. However, Austin has proven to be a great manager and we are quite impressed with him and all of the improvements he has already made in such a short time. Austin makes it a point to touch base with the campers on every site quite regularly, and is really doing a great job considering he has no help since there are no longer park hosts to help out. Our grandsons enjoyed the craft event Austin put on - Christmas in July! We will definitely be back!
