Nobody in the office was around to greet anyone

Very beautiful scenery, great campground staff. Electric with water and emptying station with garbage disposal. Wonderful playground, hiking trail and the camping neighbors were wonderful!! We just had a wonderful time and will recommend to friends and family.

Because when I called and made reservations, I asked for both campsites to be next to each other, I was told that was fine. Our campsites that they gave us were 27 and 28 they were not next to each other. Campsite will not fit 40 foot. We had to park our vehicle across an empty campsite. My campsite 27 was on a corner. We had to move things around to even have a bonfire and make it safe For both campers that were very close to each other my son had to park his truck cockeyed so it wouldn’t get hit when we did asked to move campsites they said that the campsite next to us was already booked. They offered us the campsite that was across the street from us. That’s not gonna set a 30 foot trailer. I explained when I made my reservations. I had a 40 foot camper with a slide out and my son had a 30 foot camper with a slide out. The campfire pits are we’re not on the proper sides of the camper. There was trash in our campsites that we had to pick up the host people never even had anything out to say hey welcome to sunken Lake, we did watch the manager pick up trash multiple times we watched workers go through trash bags looking for cans. I have been coming to this campsite since I was probably five years of age when it was Fletchers I have never been so dissatisfied coming to sunken Lake that I don’t know if we’ll be back , the camp site is not very well. The campsite are not set up for large trailers. They’re not set up properly. It’s like the manager needs to go through and measure the campsites to know where they’re putting things and all the fire pits should be on the camper side that has a door . I’m sorry to give you a bad review but things need to change at the camp

Nice campground. Easy in and out

Upon arrival no staff was present for check in. Camp store is not staffed properly. Visited the store 4 times during advertised hours before I found it open. Needed ice and firewood but was forced to drive around an unfamiliar area for an hour before finding wood and ice. Kayaks for rent but they do not provide ores. Apparently they expect you to bring your own or paddle with your bare hands. Lake is not treated for bacteria or seaweed. 1 of 2 paddle boats were functional. Being rated as a top campground in Michigan I was not impressed.

We love staying at this park and always enjoy ourselves..

Sunken lake is our favorite place to camp but There was too many seasonal campers (23 to be exact!)That's over half the grounds. This makes it hard for people like us who just want to camp for a few days. ( Not enough sites available) The manager was very friendly and helpful

Well, It was good we did wake up to a Skil saw from one of the seasonals who decided to make a table at 8:30 in the morning. Very cluttered with big silver garage is tents from the seasonals. Looks more like a retirement camp.

It was peaceful!

Our stay was really good despite the rain and the individuals running the park were really kind and courteous even though they were super busy!

Camp site was just what I was looking for.

Camp hosts were top notch people. Just a super friendly group that did everything to make you feel welcome!

The employees were nice. The park was kept up nicely. The sites were too small and everyone was squished in.

To many seasonals who think they run the park! I Like that faculties are somewhat clean. Didn’t like the muck on the lake front. Too many people think they are in charge and a very drunk camper made our stay a little stressful. We met a few very nice campers we loved chatting with.

Great people, great fishing. Beautiful site’s!
