If this campground was closer to my home, I’d be staying at least once a month. It is so peaceful! It feels rustic, yet has all of the conveniences of modern! It felt like home and we loved our site right by the AMAZING playground so we could watch our kids play and also catch up over a cup of coffee. The views are incredible, everything was very clean. It felt like home.

I love sunken lake been here many of times. Austin is doing a fantastic job on the place it’s very clean. But trailers parked long ways along the lakefront sites stoled the view for others in the park. 3 and 4 cars at ones site also messed up the views. Great time..

It was really nice campgrounds. 1 of the other campers didn't have their Golden retriever leashed and it came out after my Sr dog as we were walking by. I would have given it a higher rating if that wouldn't have happened.

The campsite was perfect. We picked site 14 and 15 and it was a great location! Staff were friendly. Showers and bathrooms were clean. They had a great play area for the kids. We will be planning another trip here!

So far, I'm very impressed with the new people running the park. He was there when others and I came to park our campers. He kept apologizing for all the water and mud, that he had no control over. When we went to leave Monday, my van had a flat tire. He stopped and let me know he would help in a minute, next thing he had my van blocked and on the jack. He even told me if I didn't make it home to call him and we would help us. We all had a great time even though it rained, kids had a great time painting rocks and all the other activities. We even stayed another week, they are doing a great job.

Our lot was clean camp manager Austin was very ontop of taking care of our needs and checking on us to see if we needed anything else .Lots of rain but we had a great time.

It was a nice, well kept, and accommodating campground. The host, Austin was personable and very helpful when we needed to switch spots to better fit our set up and even came around to introduce himself to the campers & make sure everyone had what they needed. The regular long-stay campers were very helpful to our family as well when we showed up. Great playground for kids and a beautiful lake. Established bathrooms with plumbing that were fully operating. Much better than taking a toddler to a rustic pit toilet! A little rowdy from a large group of older people who stayed up quite late screaming and watching football and drinking and then there was a fight in the morning between two of the older women that included a lot of F-bombs. So if you’re just popping in for a weekend, especially with small children, I would suggest calling to find a camp spot a little farther away from the larger established groups.
