The camp is clean, bathrooms too and they were well stocked. The place looks great. I’ve been going since 1967 as a child and now take my grandchildren where their parents camped. A generational spot

I have not been there in over 30 years and that new manager (Austin) seems to be very ambitious, I look forward to the things that he will do there.

The park was kept up very well and the manager was very friendly and accommodating.

Care taker was awesome, bathrooms clean, campground in working order!

Site had trash scattered on it, we cleaned it up. Also the camp host seems a little hostile-acting., unlike the first time we camped there in md-June. We like the park over all, we had a good time. Second time we have been there.

The bathrooms could be better. Overall, I really enjoyed the park.

The camp ground was kept up really nice and clean, facilities are clean as well. The lake however was mainly towards fishing and on the water activities. The lake was not a good lake to swim of the beach, had to be out in the deeper water to enjoy the swimming aspect of the lake. Smell of pine trees in the primitive tent areas.

We stayed right in the water by the swimming beach and the view was beautiful, but the water was not the cleanest. There were a lot of lilypads and leaches. The water could definitely use some treatments to clean it up. The people camping were very friendly. The management also let a lot to be desired. They were not present when we checked in, therefore we were never able to get the password for the wifi. We had questions about where to buy wood and couldn't find them, so we had to ask other campers where they got wood. It would have been great if the campsite sold wood or if the management would go around and ask people if the needed wood and sell it to them at the campsite. Overall we had a nice time, but definitely room for improvement.

Stay was fine, it is in need of full time staff. No one to check in with. Maintenance is lacking and it has great potential.

Site was smaller than expected, enjoyed the small campground . Lake is nice as well. Wood chip lined walking trails were great for walking the dogs. Leaving on Sunday was a long wait due to there only being one road and many people using the dump station.

The campground is clean but a little tight if I were to complain about something. Of course at the time of this was 4th of July weekend.

It was beautiful and quiet, we were right on the water which was nice . It's a small campground, with showers and bathrooms. It had two different spots for the kids to play at and I hear it's going to get up graded soon . There is a small swim area but it was too cold to swim . We did kayak , fish and rode are bikes around . My only complaint would be that the store was closed the whole time and we didn't see anyone that worked there until Sunday. Otherwise it was a nice spot ! If you like small , quiet and beautiful spots , this is the place .

Amazing! Loved it! Great little lake for kayaking, fishing and swimming! We had the very best time! Also the other campers were so helpful and friendly.

Peaceful and Quiet space which is what our family needed for the weekend. Lots to do for children at the park, walking trails for the family and beautiful views overlooking the lake.

1st time here and no lie.. luved every bit of it.. bear island was awesome, my brother and I had the whole island to ourselves definitely coming back and I already told friends to go.. thanks again for helping us enjoy our weekend adventure..

I love the park and the convenience of the resource setup. We reserve lots 2, 4, and 6 every year for our family camping trip. We love the waterfront lots; although Lot 4 could use some leveling so there is not such a high step to my camper steps. My grandsons love the park, and all of the adults find it to be quite peaceful and relaxing. We will be back!
