Whether you’re living in your RV full-time, spending the winter on the Texas Coast or visiting for a few nights, our veteran and nurse owned park offers a welcoming place to settle in, with Rockport-Fulton shopping, restaurants and fishing nearby. These sites include a concrete RV pad and additional parking. For a separate concrete patio, choose a Premium Patio site.

We have specifically engineered the site layout to prioritize a quick and easy setup: sewer connections and utility pedestals are positioned to minimize slide-out interference, ensuring you can set up your rig quickly after a long day of travel and start enjoying your outdoor living space immediately. These big-rig-friendly, back-in sites feature 20/30/50-amp electric, water and sewer hookups. As RVers ourselves, we purposefully placed the hookups toward the rear and side of each site to make setup easier, reduce slide-out interference and keep utility connections out of the main view. Free Wi-Fi, on-site laundry and access to our fenced dog park add everyday convenience whether you’re staying long term, spending the winter on the Texas Coast or visiting Rockport for a few nights. Our veteran and nurse owned RV park gives you a comfortable place to come back to and relax after a day of fishing, boating, exploring Rockport-Fulton or enjoying the coast, with shopping, restaurants and local attractions nearby. These sites feature a gravel RV pad with additional parking beside your rig. For a paved option, choose a Premium Concrete or Premium Patio site.

Our compact sites pair an affordable stay with generous yard space for morning coffee, evenings in your lawn chairs and enjoying the coastal breeze. These back-in sites feature a level gravel pad and conveniently placed 20/30/50-amp electric, water and sewer hookups for an easy setup. Free Wi-Fi, on-site laundry and access to our fenced dog park keep everyday life convenient, whether you’re visiting Rockport, or settling in for a longer stay. A great fit for camper vans, truck campers, pop-ups, small travel trailers, Class B and shorter Class C motorhomes. Sites measure 35 or 42 feet in length. Select a site that accommodates your RV and any vehicle you’ll park with it. Compact sites do not include a separate side parking pad.
