Cancellation Policy

1. Stays under 30 nights

Full refund with minimal fee – Cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival (based on our 3 p.m. check‑in time) and we will refund your payment minus a $25 processing fee.
Partial refund – Cancel 24–72 hours before arrival and receive 50% of your deposit back; the remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.
No refund – Cancel less than 24 hours before arrival or fail to arrive by noon the day after your scheduled check‑in and your entire deposit will be forfeited.
Special‑event periods – During major holidays or local events (e.g., July 4th, Memorial Day weekend, Canton Flea Market, Canton Film Festival), the 72‑hour deadline applies regardless of stay length. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival during these periods are non‑refundable.

2. Stays 30 nights or longer

No refunds are offered for long-term stays.

How to cancel – Call or email our office to cancel. We will confirm the time of your cancellation when we receive your call or email (text messages are not accepted). If you reserve during a mandatory evacuation or state‑declared emergency, you may change or cancel your reservation without a fee.
