The pictures do not reflect the current state of the property Weeds everywhere and somewhat functional utilities People who were at the property in RV were nice and had same opinion of the property It WAS close to the river and great biking paths! But would not stay there again

It’s a perfect location to take the bike trail to either Ketchum or Hailey. Our site had a nice outdoor space. The recent upgrades makes many of the sites close together but our site was at the end of a row so that wasn’t a problem.
