Terms & Conditions

  • Check-in is 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Please time your drive so that you arrive between the check-in window. Early arrival is subject to availability and additional fee.

  • Check-out is 7AM- 11AM.

  • Late departures are subject to additional fees. Please speak with the office or host to see if a late departure is available before 10:00 AM.

  • RESERVATIONS: Full payment is required at time of reservation for daily and weekly stays.

  • Holidays and special events such as Trailing of the Sheep and Jaz Festival reservations are nonrefundable however with at least seven (7) days’ advance notice, the payment may be transferred to a future reservation within the calendar year. There is a $50 transfer fee.

  • Monthly Bookings: A deposit of $500.00 is required at the time of booking a monthly reservation. Max stay is 6 months.

  • Please read cancellation policy for daily and weekly stays.

  • All other rules and polices are defined when submitting a reservation. Please read them carefully as you will have to agree to book your reservation.

  • Meadows RV Park reserves the right to amend these rules from time to time without notice.

  • In addition to these stated rules, guests must follow the reasonable directions of park staff and host.

PARKING PASSES: If you purchased an extra parking pass you will be issued an parking pass at check in. This must hang from your rear view mirror while parked in the park. All parking passes must be turned in or dropped in the bloack box at the reservations Office before leaving. Any pass not retuned will be subject to a replacement charge of $20.00. Extra vehciles not showing a parking pass while parked in overflow will be subject to boot and a fine. 

RV Park basic Rules:

  • Please always have a member of your party assist you in entering your space - we are here to help. You are responsible for damage to your property, park property, and the property of other guests.

  • Checkout time is 11:00am. Please respect the checkout time as we take great care to prepare each site for incoming guests each day. Guests not departing on time may be charged an additional day’s rental.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for early departures.

  • If you wish to extend your stay, please see us to check availability and re-register by 11:00 am.

  • Management reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay and require them to leave immediately upon notice for failure to adhere to park rules.

  • Quiet Time is Monday through Sunday 10:00pm through 7:00am.

  • SPEED LIMIT is 10 mph. Please help us keep the Meadows a safe place for guests of all ages.

  • Tents and sleeping outside of an RV are prohibited.

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Please keep your site clean and orderly and put all rubbish in the dumpster. 

  • Open fires are not permitted. Propane grills and propane fire pits only.

  • Bathrooms are kept clean and disinfected for your convenience and safety. Shoes, sandals, etc., that have been worn outside are prohibited in the showers.

  • The coin-operated Laundry is open from 9am to 8pm. Change is available at the RV Park Office.

  • Management assumes no responsibility for injury, accidents, losses, damage or loss of personal property from nature or any cause.

 Pet Policy

We love our four-legged campers! To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests (and wildlife), the guidelines below apply to all animals at the property (with the exception of service animals).

1. General Requirements

● Registration: All animals must be registered at the front office upon arrival.

● Vaccinations: Owners must be able to provide proof of current vaccinations (specifically

Rabies) if requested.

● Types of Pets: We allow up to two domestic dogs or cats. For other animals, please

contact management for prior approval.

● Collars: All animals must wear a collar with an identification tag or be microchipped so

that if they become lost, they can be returned promptly

● Size Restriction: No animals over 50 pounds are permitted at the campground.

● Breed Restriction: The following breeds (including any mixed breed containing these,

or that look similar to these, at the sole discretion of management) are not permitted: Pit

Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows,

Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Bull Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, and

Staffordshire Terriers.

2. On-Site Behavior & Safety

● The Leash Rule: Animals must be kept on a sturdy leash (maximum 6 feet) at all times

when outside of your RV, cabin, or tent.

● Supervision: Animals be under the supervision and control of the tenant or a

responsible adult at all times, and may never be left unattended outdoors. If left inside an

RV, please ensure they are in a climate-controlled environment and are not prone to

excessive barking.

● Restricted Areas: For health and safety reasons, animals are not permitted in any

common areas (ie swimming pool area, playground, communal bathrooms, or camp

store) except the park roads and as otherwise specifically noted (ie dog run).

3. Cleanliness & Waste

● Pick It Up: Guest is responsible for immediately cleaning up after your animal. Waste

must be bagged and disposed of in designated trash receptacles.

● Landscape Care: Please discourage your animals from digging or damaging the natural

vegetation. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by the Guest’s animal to

any personal property, common areas or any facilities or improvements.

4. Noise & Aggression

● Quiet Hours: Campground quiet hours apply to animals too. Persistent disruption (ie

barking or howling) is not permitted.

● Aggressive Behavior: Guest shall not permit the animal to engage in any threatening

conduct or any conduct constituting a nuisance, disturbance or annoyance. We maintain

a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behavior. If an animal displays aggression toward

guests or other animals, the owner may be asked to leave the campground without a

refund.

5. Liability & Fees

● Fees: A pet fee of $25 per animal per stay.

● Liability: Animal owner assumes all responsibility for any damages or liability caused by

the animal on the premises. Animal owner fully indemnifies the property, management,

park employees and all other affiliates of the Property for all incidents involving the

animal(s) covered under this agreement.
