Good concrete pad to park on, quiet, friendly workers.

The property continues to decline. Weeds are out of control, landscaping has disappeared! At the price you charge there should at least be a grassy area for dogs, what is the $25 per dog for? We had noisy neighbors on both sides. All in all, it was disappointing.

The pictures do not reflect the current state of the property Weeds everywhere and somewhat functional utilities People who were at the property in RV were nice and had same opinion of the property It WAS close to the river and great biking paths! But would not stay there again

It’s a perfect location to take the bike trail to either Ketchum or Hailey. Our site had a nice outdoor space. The recent upgrades makes many of the sites close together but our site was at the end of a row so that wasn’t a problem.

Our stay worked out fine, but there’s something amiss here. The website shows photos that do not reflect the condition of the park. It looks as though a renovation got started but then stalled out. New concrete pads but no grass, just sand and a start at rock landscaping. 2 foot tall weeds everywhere. No staff person to be seen, a locked office, and no response to telephone calls. The location is good with great access to Ketchum and Hailey. But clearly there is a problem and I hope they can get it up to shape soon!

We needed an affordable place to stay in Van (and plug in) while skiing Snowbird. Easy check in online, restrooms were adequate & clean.

Always a friendly welcome. We look forward to seeing the improvements to the park each year. We like the central location to the surrounding area.

We arrived i believe the first day of shoulder season $67/night. I thought the price was fine given the very expensive restaurants in the area. I wish they would have blown our spot, as lots of dust/dirst/rocks due to them overhauling the whole lot. Bet she would it blown if you ask herbthe day before, very nice office manager in the house around the corner from the the tiny self check in house. Yes, you are on top.of eachother but it is the only rv park.in the area. You are right on the 20 mile bike path, connecting sun valley, keychum, hailey & Bellevue! Its awesome!!

Close to bike path, but surrounding us were huge motor homes 8 feet on each side.

The bathroom was dirty and not clean at all. Also the toilet was leaking all over the floor.

Really close to people. No amenities. Lots of road noise. The flag pope can be heard all night clanging.

I couldn’t get into the bathroom and a check mark should be on your directions that were sent to me. It was posted on the bathroom door , but I didn’t see it.

Always love staying here nice and close to Ketchum nice clean and very simple place to park with concrete pads and easy hook ups no-frills Park perfect for us

The park was quiet and we had plenty of privacy at the end of the row. We loved how close it was to the bike trail, which gave us easy access to biking around town. clean and level site.

Nice location near bike path. Just a gravel yard with concrete pads. All utilities are there. No internet, not sure why it did not work. I was told trees are getting added later in the year.

The campground doesn’t offer much other than a place to sleep. We never saw anyone associated with the grounds. The sites are very close together, there is no shade. Restrooms were okay

Great location for the Sun Valley area. Better WiFi is my only thought.
