Office gals were nice. They had Wi-Fi issues and she offered to allow me to work in a different office. Once the Wi-Fi was fixed it still cut in and out. Camp sites were very close together. No room to put out awnings. Place was clean.

The park is under construction during our stay. Heavy equipment starts early in the am, off and on all day. Cottonwood trees removed, and new Rv Pads have been poured in the last month. While this is an improvement in the park, the design is very tight to the next camper. The sewer hooks are at same end of pad. You need a minimum of 30 ft of sewer hose to stagger units or your door to door with your neighbor. Location, location...the only rv park in the area. I will not be returning to this park!

When I booked there was grass and trees. All trees were cut down leaving us with no shade at our site. I specifically chose the site because of the tree. No wifi as advertised. ( router down) it was like living in a gravel field. Jennifer was very nice and did her best.

Ongoing rehab removed all trees and grass resulting in dusty conditions at times. Also, was not notified that this would be the case - not when we reserved sufficiently in advance of our arrival so thet we could have gone elsewhere. On the other hand, management was very helpful.

This location is strictly a place to stay as you pass through to your next destination. Additionally, there are no other great choices for an RV unless you can boondock. There are several concrete slabs poured for easy pull-through access. However, there are no trees for shade and really no green space. If you own a pet, you are limited to an untidy field for their relief. The shared bathrooms really need some TLC. In the short amount of time we stayed, I never witnessed them being cleaned. Again, this is an RV location to stay simply out of necessity, not anywhere relaxing destination.

Always a great spot to stay. They were under construction but gave us a heads up. Everything was great!

We requested site #25 but because we didn't pay the $100 Hold Fee, we lost that site to site 45, which is right near the busy road AND the noisey flag pole - clang, clang. No picnic tables were delivered until our last day. Very tight site with our neighbors (maybe 2 feet). Construction on the busy street didn't help either. Next time we are going to try dry camping. This is truly camping on top of each other! No thanks.

I stayed in February. A storm rolled in at noon on Friday and the snow plow was there by 2pm on Friday doing a thorough job on the first inch of snow. When I left Sunday morning the plow had not been back, I had a hard time getting out with 10 inches of unloved snow. RV Park- think the verb, as in park the car. Do not think park the noun, as in State Park. Bathroom was clean.

Registration was easy, pre arrival check in great. Our site was clean, level, water, sewer and electricity all very good. Not 5 stars only because of campground ambiance. We hope to return many times!

Our 5-star rating is mostly based on location. The campground is 4 miles from Ketchum, Sun Valley and located very close to the Wood River bike path. There is also great Wood River access (5 minute walk). The sites are very close together and share picnic areas with other campers. Staff is friendly and responsive and the laundry facilities work well and we never had to wait for a machine.
