  Prem. Waterview Concrete Pad Sites (1-4)

  Premium Stamped Concrete RV Sites — Sites 1–4 Enjoy the comfort and appearance of one of our four premium colored and stamped concrete RV sites. These spacious sites can accommodate both large and small rigs and offer a convenient location with partial water views. Located within walking distance of the Camp Store, craft and activity area, campground entrance, and bathhouse, these sites provide easy access to many of the campground’s amenities. Sites 1–3 include an additional gravel parking area that may be used for a boat, space permitting, as long as the boat fits completely within the site and does not interfere with neighboring guests. These are the only campsites where on-site boat parking may be available. All other boats and trailers must be parked in the designated boat and trailer storage area.   Sunset Cove Back-In sites (42-56)

  Sunset Cove Waterfront Sites Experience one of the most unique waterfront camping areas at The Shores of Asbury. Nestled in a peaceful cove directly on the water, Sunset Cove offers a relaxing atmosphere where guests can enjoy nature, beautiful sunsets, and easy access to the lake. Guests are welcome to bring kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and even boats. Boats may be secured in the cove at your campsite; however, guests are fully responsible for their own boats and personal belongings. Fishing, swimming, and relaxing by the water are popular activities in this area. Many sites feature fire pits, and some include patios, making Sunset Cove a great place to gather with family and friends. Guests are welcome to bring their own grills for outdoor cooking and enjoyment. Sunset Cove is one of our newest camping areas, opening near the end of the 2025 season. We continue to make improvements and add amenities as we develop this special waterfront section of the campground. Please Note: • Water levels may vary throughout the year. • These sites give you free access to the dump station no sewer access on your sites. • The bathhouses are located farther away than in some other campground sections. • Golf carts are highly recommended and may be used throughout the property. • Vehicles are permitted in the area; however, please observe the posted 8 MPH speed limit at all times. • For the safety of our guests, please watch for children at play.   Deluxe Back-In Waterview RV Sites (25-29)

  Deluxe Back-In Water View Sites (Full Hookups) Our Deluxe Back-In Water View Sites offer full hookups and a relaxing camping experience with partial water views and a peaceful natural setting. These five sites are located behind our pull-through section, providing a quieter atmosphere while still being conveniently close to campground amenities. Guests enjoy being within walking distance of the Big Red Park, Camp Store, activities, and bathhouse, without having these busy areas directly outside their campsite. Instead, you'll enjoy views of nature, the water, and the peaceful surroundings that make this area a guest favorite. Site 29 is especially popular among returning guests. It is a 30amp Located at the end of the row of 20/30/50 amps, it offers added privacy, beautiful water views right from your campsite, and fewer neighboring campers nearby. Many guests consider it one of the most desirable sites in the campground.   Boondocking Waterfront Point Sites (Self-Contained Units Only) For campers looking to get away from it all, our Boondocking Waterfront Point Sites offer one of the most peaceful and scenic locations at The Shores of Asbury. Perched on a hill overlooking open water, these sites provide beautiful views, privacy, and a true outdoor camping experience. With only four boondocking sites located on this point, guests have plenty of space to relax without disturbing others. This area has become a favorite among many of our guests who enjoy the quiet atmosphere, stunning sunrises and sunsets, and opportunities to observe local wildlife, including cranes that are often seen along the shoreline in the morning and evening. Bring your kayak, canoe, boat, fishing gear, and golf cart to fully enjoy everything this unique location has to offer. Guests often spend their days fishing, swimming, exploring the water, or simply relaxing by the lake. Night fishing is especially popular due to the peaceful surroundings and minimal activity nearby. The dog beach is located nearby, and the bathhouse is within walking distance.
