Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to charges based on the notice given. 

Reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival.  25% of reservation total including tax will be forfeited. 

If less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, then 100% of reservation total will be forfeited.  If canceling on any major holiday or Clemson home game date, do not expect any refunds.  No FULL refunds are offered. 

Resort must be contacted during business hours to cancel a reservation.
