Nice space for Class A & tow, FHP, bar on site was fun (meat raffle). Golf course close (great 19th hole). Very friendly town.

There may have been a map of the amenities but it wasn’t obvious. When we got there, we couldn’t find the bathrooms, showers, laundry or even the trash. There was a building. I entered what turned out to be the bar. Yes, there were bathrooms in the bar, but no showers. When I asked the bartender, he said “everything you need is online”. I “used” the bathroom. When I exited, I noticed a sign on the bar door… “if you have any problems or issues, call Bill”. So, the bartender was obviously, not Bill, the owner, and didn’t seem to want to be bothered. The Lodge did include several lakeside campsites. From our sites, we literally drove down to the lake, drove around, and discovered an older looking restroom, shower building. Honestly, either we are too old to “camp” because we can’t easily walk a half mile to the bathrooms, and/or I’m not computer literate enough to understand everything online, or the important things we’re not obvious or explained well. We eventually found a trash bin. Signs would be helpful. That worker bee could be a little more considerate and concerned about more than drink orders. There were a number of camps that seemed to live there long term. Why? I don’t know. My business will surely go elsewhere if in the area again. Oh, and I was in computer technology for 40 years.

Great site right on lake and wonderful and very helpful camp host.

We didn't stay there. We booked our site called 20 mins later because our event canceled a gentleman stated he would get it canceled..... uh didnt cancel and sure didnt refund any money.....absolute rip off!!!! Not recommendations will come from us!!! We will inform our camping clubs of these actions since they highly recommend you.

There was no one there with a map of the camping area. My spot was listed on the text/email I received but no information about bathrooms or showers. Very disappointed.

Very nice lake and easy lake access. Onsite bar is also great.

Cabin was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed being there. Peaceful and quiet.

Bill was immediately at my site to help with (and fix) a water tap issue. I really appreciated his helpful attitude. I'm happy I chose this stopover my way across the country.

Very mellow and relaxing and quiet. Friendly campers and staff. The lounge was really fun to have so close. Karaoke on Friday and meat raffle on Saturday. Fishing off boat launch docks was pretty shallow - unsure if there were other fishing docks

We stayed in one of the cabins. The campsite itself seems clean, quite and a good place for RV's the problem with our cabin, it didn't appear that clean, the floor looked like it needed to be swept and the rugs shook out. We brought our own bedding but there was some sheets on the bed, then some extra pillows and a sleeping bag, come to find out that was an employees personal stuff they didn't get out of the cabin. We were a lot further from the showers than we would liked but they did have a Porta potty out back. Description said fridge and microwave and there was no microwave. We brought food to be able heat up in it so we ended up buying one and donating it to the cabin. Shower house has been remodeled and was nice. We did come back one night to no power. Long story on that but Don the onsite guy fixed it up quick for us. He was nice and helpful! Overall for the price the cabin worked out. Feel the website could use a few more details on check in and check out. If there was info it was not easily found.

The camp site itself was fine- beautiful on the lakeside. The resort felt neglected thou, trash left at our site, the fire ring was flipped upside down, there was no one offering to bring us firewood if we needed etc, things we have experienced in other campgrounds. Then there was the bathrooms- pretty sure they had not been cleaned all year (despite the sign on the wall warning everyone that a lot of time and money went into renovating them so keep them clean or else). The floors, walls were filthy, the toilets were disgusting, the trash hadn’t been emptied, the toilet paper rolls were empty. It was bad! We left a night early and probably won’t be back.

Loved our site! So pretty … super quiet during the week. Not so much on the weekend lol

We had a great time and it was very clean.

Everything was clean and the property is beautiful. The only problem is that most of the spots are long term renters. Most people were ok and friendly, but our neighbor felt that they were entitled to our space that I assume is typically empty. They had their kids playing bags in our spot as we were trying to back the trailer in. Really disrespectful and inconsiderate, but it was great when they weren’t there.
