Overall it was a decent place. Did notice some loud noise in the middle of the night each night such as music and people yelling. Supposed to be quiet hours from 10pm to 7am so this was a big surprising. Most of the people we met were nice enough.

Campground is great! Clean and quiet. Nice lake, even though we didn’t get to use it. Super nice people! Thank you for letting us check out late Sunday. Our only disappointment was our neighbors dogs. They were not tied up and kept trying to get in our truck and camper. We couldn’t sit outside as they kept jumping on us. Even seasonal should respect to keep dogs contained.

The staff at the bar area was outstanding!! She was friendly and assisted me as best she could getting to my cabin. Thankfully there was another camper there who was familiar with the rentals etc. The cabin was exactly as described. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. Now the not so good. There wasn’t a shower house or actual toilet anywhere close to the cabin. The provided porta-pot had zero TP and well smelled as ports-pots do. Although I have seen/smelled worse. I made my way down to the shower house and to put it mildly, it was disgusting. There wasn’t mud all over the floor, TP on the floor and was generally unkempt. So much so I decided to forgo a shower at all. Given the cost to rent these cabins, a bath house within close proximity to the cabins is probably a reasonable expectation. It’s doubtful I’d return.
