Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure all our guests have the best opportunity to enjoy our facilities, we adhere to the following cancellation guidelines:

1. Standard Cancellation Windows

• 7 Days or More Prior to Arrival: Cancellations made at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

• Less than 7 Days Prior to Arrival: Cancellations made within the 7-day window of your arrival date are not eligible for a refund.

2. Shortened Stays & No-Shows

• Early Departures: If you choose to shorten your stay after checking in, no refunds will be issued for the remaining nights. Any remaining balance will be transferred to camp credit, which expires after the current season. Please contact the main office directly to book with existing credit.

• No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without prior notice will forfeit their entire booking fee.
