STAY OVER RULES
DAILY / WEEKLY / MONTHLY
Every Car Needs A Car Pass (You Can Get Those At Office). Please Tell Your Guests About Signing In At The Store And Getting Their Car Pass. If No Pass, $50 Fine. We Do Take A Picture Of Your Car And License Plate.
All Guests Must Sign In At Office And Receive Their Car Passes. $5 Daily And Nightly Car Pass. Pool Passes Are $5 Per Person. If Extra Guest Is Staying The Night A $5 Pass Is Required.
Quiet Time Is Sunday Through Thursday 10pm. Friday And Saturday Is 11pm. All Children Under 18 Must Be At Their Lots At 10pm Unless With A Parent.
No Pets Left Unattended During Stay. Please No Constant Barking.
1 Car Per Lot. No Exceptions. Any Extra Must Go To Overflow Parking.
5 Mph Throughout Park. Car Pass Not Valid Until In Car.
This Property Is Privately Owned. The Daily, Weekly, Monthly Camper Accepts Camping Privileges With The Understanding That He/She Does Hereby Release Three Seasons Family Campground Llc And Four Seasons Family Campground Llc, Its Owners And Employees Of All Liability For Loss And Damage To Property And Injury And/Or Death To His/Hers Person Arising Out Of His/Hers Use Of Its Camping Facilities And Agrees Not To Sue Three Seasons Family Campground Llc And Four Seasons Family Campground Llc, Its Officials And Employees Against Claims Resulting From Loss Or Damage Or Property Or Injury To The Person Or Any Member Of The Family Or Guest Of The Daily, Weekly, Monthly Patron, Arising Out Of The Use Of Its Camping Facilities.
THIS IS A FAMILY CAMPGROUND. PLEASE FOLLOW THE RULES OR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. ANY FIGHTS, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. 2 WARNINGS AND THEN ASKED TO LEAVE - NO REFUNDS!
Please Make Sure Your Lot Is Cleaned Up After Your Weekend Is Over. We Take Pride In Keeping Our Campground Clean. Please Take All Your Belongings With You. Please Break Down Any Boxes Or Take With You If You Cannot Break Them Down.
If You Are Staying Longer Than A Week, You’re Responsible For Your Yard.
ALL CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE NEED AN ADULT 18 YEARS OR OLDER WITH THEM AT ALL TIMES IN THE POOL.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure all our guests have the best opportunity to enjoy our facilities, we adhere to the following cancellation guidelines:
1. Standard Cancellation Windows
7 Days or More Prior to Arrival: Cancellations made at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
Less than 7 Days Prior to Arrival: Cancellations made within the 7-day window of your arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
2. Shortened Stays & No-Shows
Early Departures: If you choose to shorten your stay after checking in, no refunds will be issued for the remaining nights. Any remaining balance will be transferred to camp credit, which expires after the current season. Please contact the main office directly to book with existing credit.
No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without prior notice will forfeit their entire booking fee.
INDEMNIFICATION WAIVERS
If under eighteen years of age, parent, guardian, or custodian agrees to the following indemnification:
INDEMNIFICATION
In consideration for the minor / minors being permitted to participate in the activities offered by Three Seasons Family Campground which include, without limitation, the use of its services, and equipment, I agree to the following waiver, release, and indemnification:
The undersigned parent, guardian, or custodian of the above minor, for himself/herself and on behalf of said minor, hereby joins in the foregoing Waiver and Release and hereby stipulates and agrees to save and hold harmless, indemnify, and forever defend Three Seasons Campground, their directors, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from and against any claims, actions, demands, expenses, liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees), and NEGLIGENCE made or bought by said minor or by anyone on behalf of said minor, as a result of said minor's participation in the activities offered by Three Seasons Campground and his or her use of the property, and facilities of Three Seasons Campground. I, for myself and on behalf of said minor, further agree not to sue Three Seasons Campground as a result of any injury, paralysis or death that said minor suffers in connection with his/her participation in the activities of Three Seasons Campground.
The campground or management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents, injuries or damage due to fire, wind, flood, personal negligence, theft, acts of God or any unforeseen acts. Any legal complaints, litigation must be filed in Montcalm County, Michigan.
WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT
This is a release of liability and waiver for certain legal rights.
In consideration for my being permitted to participate in the activities of swimming, kayaks, hiking, row boats, paddle boats, playground, or any planned activities, I agree to the following Waiver and Release:
I acknowledge that the above activities have inherent risks, hazards, and dangers for anyone that cannot be eliminated, particularly in a wilderness environment. I UNDERSTAND THAT THESE RISKS, HAZARDS, AND DANGERS INCLUDE WITHOUT LIMITATION:
Water hazards in boating, fishing, and wading in the lake and pool including drowning;
Hiking in the woods;
Injuries from fishing equipment and other participants;
Encounters with wildlife, animals, and insects;
Temperature extremes;
Inclement weather conditions;
Fall trees or broken branches;
Falling;
Anything on property at 6956 Fuller.
I understand the risks, hazards, and dangers of water activities and campground activities. I understand that these activities may require good physical conditioning and a degree of skill and knowledge. I believe I have that good physical conditioning and the degree of skill and knowledge necessary for me to engage in these activities safely. I understand that I have responsibilities. My participation in activities is purely voluntary. No one is forcing me to participate and I elect to participate in spite of the risks. I AM VOLUNTARILY USING THE SERVICES AND PARTICIPATION OF ACTIVITIES OF THREE SEASONS FAMILY CAMPGROUND WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE INHERENT RISKS, HAZARDS, AND DANGERS INVOLVED AND HEREBY ASSUME AND ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, PARALYSIS, OR DEATH. The campground or management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents, injuries or damage due to fire, wind, flood, personal negligence, theft, acts of God or any unforeseen acts. Any legal complaints, litigation must be filed in Montcalm County, Michigan.
Lastly, for myself, my heirs, successors, executors, and subrogees, hereby KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Three Seasons Family Campground, their directors, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, suits, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in this activity including, but not limited to, NEGLIGENCE of any kind or nature, whether foreseen or unforeseen, arising directly or indirectly out of any damage, loss, injury, paralysis, or death to me or my property as a result of my engaging in these activities, camping, or Mother Nature, the use of these services or equipment, whether such damage, loss, injury, paralysis, or death results from negligence of my own such behaviors of from some other cause. I, for myself, my heirs, my successors, executors, and subrogees, further agree not to sue Three Seasons Family Campground as a result of any injury, paralysis, or death suffered in connection with my use and participation Three Season Family Campground camping and activities.
I UNDERSTAND THAT BY BOOKING ONLINE WITH THREE SEASONS FAMILY CAMPGROUND THAT I AGREE TO THESE TERMS, HAVE CAREFULLY READ, CLEARLY UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT.
