Cancellation Policy

• Please contact property a 251-955-3157 to cancel.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival incur a $100 cancellation fee.

• Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are responsible for the full reservation amount.

• Guests may modify reservation dates one time for free. Additional modifications are $50 each.

• Rate changes will apply based on season or availability.

• Early departures are not eligible for refunds.

• Special refund requests please contact property at 251-955-3157.

• Discounted monthly rates require completion of the reserved stay. Early departures are subject to rate recalculation and are not eligible for prorated refunds. See the website for complete details.

• No refunds for weather, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions.

• Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
