Amazing. The details shows the love that they put in to campsites..

Dar & Tish, the lovely couple who host at the RV park/campground, were so very kind, gracious, helpful and welcoming! It's a beautiful location in a forested area, far enough from the city to really feel like you're getting away, yet only 20 minutes from the city's conveniences, should you need them. From Turquoise Trail Campground & RV Park, you can take Hwy 14 through charming old mining towns through the hills to Santa Fe without having to go on the interstate. I'm so glad I stayed here!

Nice campground. Quiet and dark at night. Easy access to trails. I did not go into the restrooms. I stayed 3 night in my class C Jayco.

Nice place, bathrooms definitely need to be updated, but were clean. Wifi was great and front desk was very welcoming.

The park is located in a nice area, just outside of ABQ. For the most part, the park is nice looking and the area is great. The bad was that there are neighbors, behind the park, that have dogs that were barking all night and early morning. Now this is not the fault of the campground but severly affected my opinion of my stay, as they woke me up and kept me from going back to sleep. While we were setting up in the dark, we saw a large animal, that was too big to be a dog, run passed our trailer. Looked to be the size of a black bear. As it went up the hill, the neighborhood dogs, on the other side, were going nuts. We thought that this was pretty neat. The sight we were assined was a little weird in that the sewer was slightly uphill from our pad, pretty frustrating to have to keep lifting the hose to get it to drain. The bath house had a single stall for the men. The door did not have a latch and the main door to the restroom did not latch either. Also worth mentioning that the stall door touches your knees as you sit... weirdly uncomfortable. The shower was a pay shower, and appeared to only accepts tokens. We arrived about 15 minutes after the office closed so we could not get tokens and there were no instructions left with the map to inform us of the shower situation (we only stayed one night, so it wasn't that big of a deal but that info should be included with the other pertinant information). The park was clean and well kept, but the dogs would keep us from staying there again.

We were given a space in the more rundown section of the park. Space was supposed to have sewer but did not.

Was a very clean and shaded campsite! It was quiet and peaceful with access to National Forest walking trails! We found this park to stay while we went to the Albuquerque Balloon Festival only 30-40 minutes away! Bonus our neighbor took care of our puppy while we were gone! Thanks so much Linda!

It was great to have a quiet, beautiful place that felt luxurious with full hook up and a pull through! The staff was wonderful and there is great hiking adjacent to the property in the Cibola National Forest. With a grocery store, gas station, post office, hardware store and restaurants/ brewery very close, we actually felt like we weren't driving that far to get what we needed. We stayed here to go to the Balloon Fiesta and it was perfect... took 30 minutes to drive there. Albuquerque has many fun things to offer. Lovely, lovely, lovely! Highly recommend and we will return if we are ever out this way again! (Charity and Ron, Ohio)

Spot was advertised as a pull-through, but was a back-in. Shower token gives you 7 minutes to shower (not a problem for me, but wife would like more time).

It was quiet and peaceful. Love when there is a small dog park for my gurls to run and be able to off the leash for a bit. Not all campgrounds have a dog park.

Of the three camp grounds we visited in the past two weeks, Turquoise Trail was the third favorite. The layout of the sites was awkward, bathroom and shower facilities were less than the others and there was a distinct manure aroma from a nearby cow/horse lot when the wind blew a certain direction. Would not stay again.
