Cancellation Policy

To manage our site availability effectively, the Washington Land Yacht Harbor (WLYH) applies the following cancellation terms based on your scheduled arrival date:

• 72+ Hours Notice: Full refund minus any applicable credit card processing fees.
• 24 to 72 Hours Notice: Full refund minus a $15 cancellation fee.
• Less than 24 Hours Notice: No refund; the full deposit is forfeited.

Terms & Conditions

• Arrival Time: The 24/72-hour windows are calculated from 12:00 PM (noon) on your scheduled check-in date.
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive without notice results in a total forfeiture of the deposit.
• How to Cancel: You can cancel your reservation online or contact the WLYH office via phone or email during business hours to process your request.
