  Premium RV Site

  Premium sites are located on the West side of the property, and back to the River Walk which borders the seasonal Cucharas river. Each 30' X 60' site is back in with a level gravel pad, convenient hook ups, and a natural patio with individual picnic table. You will hear the river running from your Site or RV, depending on the season. Local TV reception is limited to three PBS stations. Some of the Premium sites have a partial view of the South sky, which will require a remote satellite unit to find Dish/Direct satellite TV reception. We can't guarantee satellite TV reception in every site. Site will accommodate two vehicles parked side by side in front of RV. Rate includes two(2) vehicles. Additional vehicles will be an extra charge, based on space available. Site can be rented to pitch a single tent ( no larger than a 4-person size). Tents can only be setup on the gravel pads. No tent of any size will be allowed on lawn to the side or rear of the site.

  Camper is equipped with 4 cup Mr Coffee, mini refrigerator, A/C, Heat, DVD TV. The Vintage trailer does not have running water or working stove. Bathhouse is located next to trailer. Maximum occupancy is two (2) Adults and one (1) Small Child and one (1) Pet. No Smoking. All cooking must be outdoors No dishes or cooking utensils provided Guests must provide their own Sheets/Sleeping Bags, Pillows, Blankets, Towels, Etc.   Deluxe Center RV Site

  Deluxe Center sites are located in the middle of the property under mature cottonwood trees and offer campers the most shade in the park. You can choose a East or West "windshield" facing site. Each 30' X 60' site is a back in, level graveled pad with full hook ups, and a natural patio with individual picnic table. A common walkway is found between East and West sides. Local TV reception is limited to three PBS stations. Some of the Deluxe Center sites have a partial view of the South sky, which will require a remote satellite unit to find Dish/Direct satellite TV reception. We cannot guarantee satellite TV reception in every site. Site will accommodate two vehicles parked side by side in front of RV. Rate includes two(2) vehicles.   Deluxe sites are located on the East side of the property, and back to the East walking path. Each 30' X 60' site is back in with a level, gravel pad, convenient hook ups, and a natural patio with individual picnic table. Deluxe sites have a clear view of the South sky for the best Dish/Direct satellite reception in our park. RV's with satellite dishes mounted on front of RV may experience reception issues in sites 35, 36, 37 due to large trees Site will accommodate two vehicles parked side by side in front of RV. Rate includes two(2) vehicles. Additional vehicles will be an extra charge, based on space available. Site can be rented to pitch a single tent ( no larger than a 4-person size). Tents can only be setup on the gravel pads. No tent of any size will be allowed on lawn to the side or rear of the site.
