Refund Policy

RESERVATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 

1. In order to receive a refund of all use fees, minus the non-refundable transaction fee, a person must cancel the reservation three (3) days or more prior to the arrival date.

2. If the cancellation is received less than three (3) days prior to the arrival date, a fee equal to one overnight rental fee will be forfeited in addition to the non-refundable transaction fee.

3. Customers who do not check in at the park office or notify park staff that they will be delayed prior to 1:00 PM of the second day of the reservation will be considered a "no show" and the entire reservation will be canceled.  A fee equal to one overnight rental fee will be forfeited in addition to the non-refundable transaction fee.

4. If paid by credit card, refunds will be credited to the credit card account used at the time the reservation was made.  If paid by cash or check, a voucher will be credited to the registrant's account on the County Park's reservation system within two (2) weeks from departure date and/or cancellation date.
