There is water and power point on the property. Enjoy the comforts of home with the tranquility of the outdoors—an ideal escape for couples or solo travelers seeking a relaxing getaway. Please note: - propane pits are not for cooking and only used for AMBIENCE ONLY. Please bring your own cooking supplies and utensils. Propane is not included but can be rented at the office or bring your own BBQ propane tank. - These sites do not have water and do not have power. We have a few solar lights that help with lighting but no heat. - everything you see in the photos is included. - We expect everything to be left the way it was found minus the linens! Cancellation Policy: All reservations are subject to standard cancellation fees, with no exceptions for international or domestic bookings. All Cancellations result in the loss of the first night’s stay. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled arrival date for any cancellations or changes. If you are unable to reach us by phone, please leave a message so we have proof of contact within the required timeframe. Example: If your booking date is January 4th. You need to tell us by midnight on the 1st of January to qualify for a refund or change of dates. For bookings of 14-30 days, we require at least two weeks’ notice for a refund. Cancellations or changes made 48 hours or more before your reservation will result in the loss of the first night's payment, with the remaining amount refunded. For bookings of one day, there will be no refund for the first night; however, any additional fees, such as booking fees or pet fees, will be refunded. Any cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before your arrival will result in the loss of the entire stay, with no refund. We do not provide refunds for early departures once you have checked in. Date changes are permitted once free of charge, but must be made at least 48 hours before the day of your reservation. Any additional date changes will incur a $20 fee per change. Changes must be within the same calendar year, except during winter, where a date change from December to February may be allowed. Please note that long weekends are excluded from date changes. If you need to cancel please email us or call us with your reservation number. Refunds will be processed within 6 business days of cancellation. Additionally, please note that we are located in Whistler, British Columbia, not Jasper, Alberta. Bookings for the incorrect location are subject to our regular cancellation policy.
