Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Please be advised that all bookings are subject to standard cancellation fees, without exception, whether you are traveling within Canada or internationally. Due to the current uncertainty surrounding travel restrictions and government mandates, we do not control these factors, and you acknowledge that there may be potential financial losses associated with your booking.

Cancellation Terms:

  • All cancellations result in the forfeiture of the first night's stay.
  • All reservations are subject to standard cancellation fees, applicable to both in-country and international bookings.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or changes to existing bookings. Cancellations must be submitted by email. If you need to call instead, please leave a voicemail so we can confirm the time of your request within the required 48-hour window. Example: If your reservation begins on January 4th, you must notify us no later than 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on January 1st for your booking to qualify for a refund or date change.

  • For bookings of 14 to 30 nights, a two-week cancellation notice is required to receive a refund.

  • Cancellations and changes made with 48 hours or more notice will result in the loss of the first night's payment, with the remaining amount refunded.
  • For one-night bookings, no refunds are provided.
  • Cancellations or reductions in stay made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a full forfeiture of payment for the entire stay or any lost days when altering the reservation length.
  • No refunds will be provided for guests who decide to depart early after their arrival.
  • To change your reservation dates, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the application of the standard cancellation policy. Date changes are allowed only once and may affect any prior special requests. An additional fee of $20 will apply for each subsequent date change. Date changes must occur within the same calendar year, except during winter, where changes between December and February are permitted. No refunds will be issued after more than one date change.
  • Long weekends are subject to blackout dates for date changes.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the cancellation.

Important Note:

  • We are located in Whistler, British Columbia, not Jasper, Alberta. Bookings made for the wrong campsite are subject to standard cancellation fees.
