We enjoyed three nights at the resort. Stayed in the covered wagon (with heat)😂, it was like glamping! Beautiful area, clean grounds and a delicious pancake breakfast. Our grandkids and their parents were in their camping trailer and we had a fun family trip there. Girls loved riding their bikes around and going to the playground. We will be back next year.

It’s a beautiful area close to downtown Grand Lake and Grand Lake Village. There are great places to eat there and in nearby Grandby. There are quite a few neat shops there as well. Plus it is right at the entrance to RMNP. Along with that, the riding stables there are outstanding.

It was our first time taking our new (to us) camper van out and this place far exceeded our expectations! The sites were very spacious, and the bathrooms were so clean and modern. The staff was super friendly. We enjoyed meeting the horses and the petting zoo. The only things that were a negative was going so early in the season that certain events weren’t happening yet (wagon rides and ice cream social), but definitely not a deal breaker. We quite enjoyed the peace and quiet! We will be back!

The RV Resort was fantastic. We have 45' Prevost. My only complaint is the drive to the campsite. The map isn't the greatest and backing up our bus is not easy. In addition, we had a very tough time getting around a bend in the back. If we kept on, we would have scratched our bus on the trees. Not good. That area needs to be widened out. Luckily one of the sites was empty and we could back up and drive through the site in order continue on the drive to our site.

Very family friendly, wonderful and friendly staff, very willing to help. Stayed her with family including young grand-daughter who is not yet ready for more rustic camping. Had a great time! Easy access to so much of what mother nature offers.

This place is NOT UTV friendly. Immediately upon arrival we were told we could only ride between 8-5. Rules said we were only allowed to access trails ONCE a day. As for the trails they consisted of a couple fire roads and two other short trails everything else was closed for after fire reclamation. As for the camp ground itself the sites were rustic and overpriced. Location was nice, close to park and views were nice.
