Cancellation Policy

We get it - plans change. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work at BaseCamp:

Rustic & Electric Campsites:

• Cancel 14+ days before your stay: receive a 100% refund (less $10 booking fee).

• Cancel 7–13 days before your stay: receive a 50% refund.

• Cancel less than 7 days before your stay: no refund is available.

Tiny and Premium Cabins:

• Cancel 30+ days before your stay: receive a 100% refund (less $20 booking fee).

• Cancel 14–29 days before your stay: receive a 50% refund.

• Cancel less than 14 days before your stay: no refund is available.
