Woodland Park Campground — Reviews

The campground was convenient. The views were amazing! We could wander in and around the town. What nice folks! Campsite was level, with elec and water. The campground could not control the cold weather, but we had heat on board.

3rd year staying at Woodland camp ground never disappoints

The new shower/bath building is great. Jack was very responsive to our requests. We would recommend this site to our friends. This was our third time in 5 years.

IMHO, Woodland Park is the best campground in the USA.

Would have been great if the BRAND NEW shower house worked properly!! Drains didn’t work, the button for turning on the water was fun to say the least. The campground was clean though, campsite was nice! Hopefully next time we stay the problems will be fixed

Lovely campground. Peaceful and quiet area with great bathrooms/showers. Close to the beach and a close ride to Pictured Rocks for good views or beaches towards the east for finding fun rocks! Very affordable rates for the quality of the campground. Would love to return.

We were fortunate to book a last minute site in the front row!

Becuse there was no water & we not notified about this until we were set up in our campsite & I called the Office to find this out. We keep being told that it will be the next day but we never was able to have water until the 25th & we left on the 27th. (We drive 8 hours to get to your location) My wife has stage 4 cancaer & is unable to leave the camper. We would have most likey canceled the camping trip if we had knowen. Call the prak manager many time & never recived a call back.

No internet. Ridiculous price for the fish cleaning station.

We love this park and Grand Marais! We met the new park manager and he was super friendly and welcoming.
