Second stay at this campground. The two sites we've been in are quite unlevel and it's frustrating to try to get close to level. Sites and roadways are tight. It is quiet and there are a lot of trees.

Sites are to tight together for us . Nothing but Chert & gravel , no grass area around campsites, picnic table to off level to set a drink on . Campfire spots waaayy to close to campers or buildings ?? Woodsmoke Family Campground is not necessary family or camping friendly. Lots of long term full timers

I canceled my reservation on line but they still charged me. They sent an email saying I had to take a second step within an hour in order to actually cancel the reservation. Since we were on the road and not constantly on line we didn’t see the email until later. Bad way to do business. I will never stay there.

Wonderful place to camp! Conveniently located close enough to restaurants and shops but far enough tucked back in the peace and quiet of the woods. Check in was a breeze! Wonderful bath houses.

Really skinny long lot, no picnic table, no playground, no grass. What was online was not reflected of the grounds. Mostly permanent campers.

The place was nice enough and surprisingly quiet. A couple of observations- I pulled into the office at 3p and no one was in the office and my name was in the board for arriving guests. I wasn’t sure if they had received my registration or what spot I was to be in. I called the number listed on the board and left 2 messages and sent two texts- no response. I finally figured it out my spot and just hoped they had received my registration. Other than that it was a good experience and would go back if in the area again.

Owner was super helpful parking etc. Bathrooms were very clean. Campground simple but well kept. We enjoyed fishing in the pond!
