While it may be a great place for the LONG term residents. There were clearly only a few spots designated for one nighters and they were awful. The spot was SO unlevel we had to use pavers that were at the site on top of our regular levelers. It was borderline unsafe. Nevermind that it’s not clear on the listing or website that there are people living here what appears to be permanently.

I ended up not staying there due to the weather (State of emergency) due to Tropical Storm Debby. I got there at 7pm and left by 8pm as the wi-fi was disconnected and I needed to follow the weather. Due to the forecasted rain and the slant of the camp ground I did not want to risk the night there.

Pretty place, nice host. However, office was closed upon arrival and the map was unclear how to navigate to site. Roads weren’t marked if one-way or not, so we had to unhook, the toad, back up, and circle around (defeating the pull-thru convenience). Host did run down to meet us to assist and was very nice. Roads and sites had erosion, thus not very level. Very tight for our 40 ft class A, yet it worked okay for a quick overnighter. Well suited for short towables. Nice, quiet, and is great for families.

Our campsite was enjoyable. The bathrooms/showers were nice once the AC was restored. Small, rustic, and right off the interstate.

$40/nite for a spot that is with maybe $30 (no sewer hookup) and $10.00 to dump. Lots of permanent residents and just looks a little run down. Construction material laying around and looks like it has been there for awhile. But the thing that will keep me from returning is the fact you have to pay to dump after paying$40 for a W/E only site. That is ridiculous...

Nice place, but a couple of the long-termers formed a band of bass guitar and bongos that seems to play at odd hours. For Columbia SC, this is a good option.
